SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 1PM GMT, on weekends, or holidays we will start processing your order the next business day.

Orders ship 1 to 3 days in UAE from the time the order is processed; and 7 to 14 days for international orders from the time the order is processed.

If you require urgent shipping delivery time, we will try our best, please contact us and we’ll advise you the possibility and any additional charges required to be paid.

Al Jaber Fashion will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping costs are noted on the check out page and shipping costs may be subject to change at any time by our shipping provider.

DELIVERY TO POST BOXES
Our deliveries are sent by courier service. Post Office box delivery is not available.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY INFORMATION

For all countries except the UAE, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be as it differs from country to country.

If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Upon arrival in the destination country, you will be contacted by your local customs bureau to advise you of the customs cost. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
